Team Lead Operations - US Mortgage (ESCROW)

Department:	Escrow
Location:	Gurugram, Shahpur, Haryana , Haryana

Experience - 5-8 years
US Mortgage experience mandatory(ESCROW to be preferred)
US Mortgage Domain Knowledge/ Having exposure to Escrow Management ( Tax & Insurance) will be added advantage
Conducting training to the Team members who are in production
Reviewing process guidelines and providing insight/ updates/changes to the team
Conducting daily huddles that covers the findings from quality team and the updates received
from the onshore team/ client
Doc/ Process Knowledge � Must be aware of Escrow Analysis, Insurance line set up, reviewing and Researching on Property Tax Information
Responsible for performance and ratings for the team
Advance Knowledge of Working in excel sheets, Eye for Detail, Working on Exceptional Scenarios, Extensive Production Activities
Flexible to work as per business requirements, Stretch Assignments
Excellent Communication Skills to decipher & execute the work as per instructions from Onshore with Context and Content/ Business Email writing skills
Accountable & dedicated to work & Committed to deadlines
